LIFE COACH NESHA| INTERNATIONAL SPEAKER|PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT COACH

QuaneSha Phillips
MSW

Welcome! Quick story about me I was raised in the Auburn Gresham neighborhood in Chicago, IL.  I am now known as a Life Coach Nesha, I am a Wife, Personal development coach, International speaker, creator of CEO Sessions, CEO of Executive Behavior Life Coaching, and now, the founder of Queens Connect the network.

Long story short, when I thought I had everything I needed in my life, I still felt unfulfilled as if I was missing something. Randomly started going to network events by myself (which was very uncomfortable in the beginning) and followed the path God gave me. Heard about Life Coaching, and boom. God set me all the way up, everything I needed it was just there and ready all I had to do was walk through the door. He gave me a network, he gave me the niche, he  brought be through somethings just to show where I am needed.

Diagnosed with Depression and Anxiety in college and that did nothing but gave me a name to a distraction. So despite the sad days I am purposeful, I live with intentions, I make mistakes, I get back up, and  try again. I am constantly making changes in my life to fit my agenda and to stay on the path laid out for me. I have quit jobs that wasn't serving me a purpose and didn't fit my agenda, or the vision i had for my life. I have fired people who were toxic and I hired new friends and associates that I can set goals with, make money with, make a huge impact, and keep me inspired. Firing and hiring people is just a way to say I'm okay with people being only in my life for a season. I am the CEO of my life and I can teach you how to do the same.
“Executive Behavior is the platform I created to do life coaching daily, constantly empowering people to be the CEO of their lives. When they are feeling stuck or at rock bottom, we stratagize on what’s prohibiting them from living the life that they want. We set realistic goals and together. I have been at the bottom mentally, I was told I had depression, experienced domestic violence and I had to take charge of my life. Now, I’m 28, a newlywed, a homeowner, four streams of income and eventually think about having children. I changed my surroundings, retrained my thinking and figured out somethings and now, I teach others how to do it. When I work with my clients we become partners, they know the answers I’m just a guide.“- Quanesha Phillips
